How products are shipped

We ship via Canada Post or UPS. Orders placed before 1:00pm daily will be emailed a shipping confirmation and tracking number the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be emailed the following day (business day) with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Your products will be confirmed to ship within 24 hours, as long as they are shown as in stock on each product page.

When will my order arrive

Delivery times depend on your location. Proceed to checkout, and depending on your location, and then proceeding to select the delivery method, you will be able to view the estimated arrival date. But in general, you can use the table below to estimate it according to your address, please also check the official website of the courier.

Pre-Order Products

If you have pre-ordered products in your order, we will ship them at the lead time indicated for the pre-ordered products. To ensure that your order ships faster, we recommend that you place two separate orders, one for Pre-Order items and one for items that are currently in stock. If you don't mind waiting for the pre-order products to arrive, please go ahead and complete the order.

Your express shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders over $69 North America! For orders under $69 CAD, we also offer the following discounted rates to our customers. Canadian orders will have $9.99 CAD postage and US orders will have $13.99 CAD. UK shipping over £99! For orders below £99, we will charge £13.99 for shipping.
